Hello all! I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder last year. This page is to
document my experiences and to create a safe space for my hobbies and outlets.
What is Traumacore?
Traumacore is not an aesthetic, and it's been told to me that not everyone can use it. It's a way to
express pain or mental heathstruggles due to trauma, or other severe, formative conditions.
What is Schizoaffective disorder to me?
I experience 'psychotic phenomena' involving visual illusions and I am often convinced there is someone following
me or waiting to end my life in my house. I experience depression alongside this, not mania. I do hear voices however, these are not of any distressing value.
I have been tried on Haldol,
